Methadone Treatment Fees
You are required to pay for fees as you receive them. Being responsible for your treatment costs is part of your recovery process. Prices are subject to change with a thirty-day notice.

HealthQwest expects payment in full at the time services are rendered.
Hours of Operation
- Monday-Friday 6:00am-11:00am medication & counseling) 6am-2pm (general operations)
- Saturday 7:30am-9:30am medication only
- Sunday closed
- Holidays (if open) 7:30am – 9:30am; medication only
- Group Counseling Schedule: Varies by quarter and groups being offered
Suboxone Medication Maintenance
- Patients on 0- 24 mg of Suboxone = $29.00 per day or $190.00 per week
- Patients on 25 mg - 32 mg (max dose) = $ 35.00 per day or $241.00 per week
Methadone Guest Dosing
If you're visiting the Warner Robins, Douglasville or Savannah area and want to participate in guest dosing services, we'll need your home clinic to provide the information below as well as formalizing your plans via phone or fax.
Patients' home clinic must fax signed copy of guest dosing request form including signature of Medical Doctor or verbal order from Medical Doctor allowing patient to guest dose at HealthQwest. A HealthQwest nurse must be able to call patients home clinic to confirm dose level and schedule.
Full name, social security number, driver's license/ID card state and number, date of birth, dose level/medical status, phase level and dosing schedule.

Initial (one time) guest dosing admission fee is $25.00 plus daily dosing fee of $13.00. Each day thereafter is charged as a daily dosing fee. Guest Dosers should arrive early to ensure that the appropriate paperwork is completed.
